Difference of Happy Family and Unhappy Family

All happy families are alike, each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.
-<Anna Karenina> written by Leo Tolstoy.

This sentence is first sentence of <Anna Karenina> written by Leo Tolstoy.

Someone said; "Happy families are more likely to be happy, unhappy people are more likely to be unhappy. So! In order to be happy, unhappy people need a lot of effort than happy people.

We haven't often heard this words in everyday life. Instead of, we often hear "Be Happy"
Is it really correct?

"Slogan is a reflection of the Complex"
I think that this word mean 'unhappy people to become happy people is very difficult'.
So, Could we know this WISDOM first? and Would we try to be happy?

Need a long-term vision in order to be happy.
